By accessing, registering with, or using phpcom in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phpcom platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phpcom ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with phpcom's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and phpcom governing your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is also implied by accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, whether or not you have completed the formal registration process.
2.3 phpcom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Pursuant to PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law, participation in real-money gaming on phpcom is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. phpcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close Accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
3.1 Registration Requirements. To register an Account on phpcom, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful; (c) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address; and (d) agree to these Terms in their entirety.
3.2 One Account per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on phpcom. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether the multiple accounts use different names, email addresses, or payment methods.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phpcom operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided to phpcom, both at registration and throughout the life of your Account, is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for notifying phpcom of any changes to your registered information. phpcom is not responsible for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. phpcom does not knowingly accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpcom Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify phpcom's customer support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat on the Platform. phpcom shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Account Activity. You agree that all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility, except where phpcom has been negligent.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phpcom reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts after reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.
4.5 Account Balance. phpcom account balances are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Balances are not transferable between accounts and do not earn interest.
phpcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment instruments: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and UnionBank. phpcom does not accept cash deposits and does not process transactions in foreign currencies. All amounts are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to high-value deposits pursuant to PAGCOR and anti-money laundering requirements. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to inter-bank processing times. Deposit fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. phpcom reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the resolution of any ongoing investigation into account activity. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following timeframes: GCash / PayMaya — within 5 to 30 minutes for standard amounts; Bank transfer — subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule, typically 1 to 3 business days. phpcom is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banks, or digital wallet providers.
phpcom is committed to full compliance with the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and all PAGCOR anti-money laundering directives. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. phpcom reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All game outcomes on phpcom that are not conducted through a live dealer environment are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). phpcom does not manipulate and cannot predict RNG outcomes. The same principle applies to live dealer games, which are conducted by independent studio operators.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on phpcom has published minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed within the game interface prior to gameplay. These limits are binding and phpcom reserves the right to adjust them at any time.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, network interruption, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phpcom reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the User's Account. phpcom is not liable for any losses caused by game malfunctions attributable to factors outside its direct control, including third-party game provider failures.
6.4 Game Availability. phpcom does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game type. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily suspended at any time without prior notice, including due to provider licensing changes, regulatory requirements, or technical maintenance.
6.5 Dispute Resolution for Game Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome was incorrectly recorded, you must submit a written complaint to phpcom's support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event, referencing the specific game round ID where available. phpcom will investigate and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 phpcom offers various bonuses and promotions to its registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional awards are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements ("rollover"), validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Real money deposits and Bonus Funds may be tracked in separate balance categories within your phpcom Account.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. phpcom actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing bets that constitute low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; and exploiting errors or glitches in promotional systems. phpcom reserves the right to forfeit bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
7.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. phpcom reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute any promotion at any time, including in response to regulatory direction from PAGCOR. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform or by notification to the registered email address.

Any breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances (where legally permissible), and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
9.1 phpcom is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among all its users. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment. phpcom acknowledges that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gaming behaviors and has implemented multiple tools to support these players.
9.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. All registered phpcom users may access the following tools via their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits with automatic logout; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent). These tools become effective upon activation and cannot be reversed or removed for their specified duration.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. A User who self-excludes from phpcom agrees not to attempt to open new accounts on the Platform for the duration of the self-exclusion period. phpcom will take reasonable steps to identify and close accounts opened by self-excluded individuals, but cannot guarantee identification in all cases where false information is provided.
9.4 Minor Protection. phpcom strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Account holders must not permit minors to access the Platform through their accounts and must secure their login credentials accordingly.
9.5 External Support. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek external support. PAGCOR operates responsible gaming programs for affected individuals within its regulatory framework.
10.1 All content on the phpcom Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, and software, is the property of phpcom or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
10.3 The phpcom name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any phpcom trademark is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpcom's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 phpcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.3 phpcom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and third-party service failures may temporarily affect Platform availability without constituting a breach of these Terms.
11.4 phpcom is not responsible for losses arising from: (a) Force Majeure events; (b) your failure to maintain account security; (c) inaccurate information provided by you at registration or during KYC; (d) decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform that you relied upon in a manner not intended by phpcom.
Real-money gaming involves financial risk. By participating in gaming on phpcom, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered. phpcom does not guarantee any particular outcome, return to player percentage result, or profitability from gameplay. Gaming should only be conducted with funds you can afford to lose.
12.1 phpcom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The nature of the personal data collected, the purposes of processing, your rights as a data subject, and phpcom's data protection practices are detailed in the separate phpcom Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phpcom Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and platform improvement.
12.3 phpcom will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent commercial marketing purposes.
13.1 phpcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon Account termination for cause, phpcom reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance where permitted by applicable law and consistent with PAGCOR regulations.
13.3 A User may close their phpcom Account voluntarily at any time by contacting phpcom's customer support. Account closure requests will be processed after all pending bets are settled and any outstanding withdrawals are processed. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and do not automatically result in permanent Account closure.
14.1 phpcom reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via notification to their registered email address or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be published on the phpcom Platform with the applicable effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.3.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
15.2 Regulatory Oversight. phpcom operates under the oversight of PAGCOR. Disputes relating to the fairness of regulated gaming activities may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
15.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phpcom's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 Internal Complaints Process. Before escalating any dispute to a regulatory body or court, Users are required to submit a formal written complaint to phpcom's customer support team and allow phpcom a minimum of fifteen (15) business days to investigate and respond. phpcom's response to a formal complaint shall be communicated to the User's registered email address.
15.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
